Laminating and mounting.

We can laminate prints up to 1500mm wide and mount them to a variety of display boards depending on their intended use.
Most inkjet prints will need some sort of lamination to protect them and extend their life although single use items handled carefully should be fine.

Laminating options include encapsulation (for paper prints), gloss, matte, Sandtex (durable textured film for signage and floor graphics) and anti graffiti.

Some of the mounting boards we stock:

• Card 1 and 2mm thick - cheapest, only for small sizes eg counter cards etc

• Corflute 5mm thick - light cheap and waterproof, the flute lines can be visible through the print, this is the stuff they screenprint for real estate signs etc

• Foamcore 5 and 10mm thick - light low cost board for general displays, black available in 5mm

• Gatorboard 5mm thick - light but tougher than foamcore, black available in 5mm

• Forex foamed PVC 3mm thick - strong and waterproof, can be used outdoors

• Alupanel composite board plastic/aluminium skin 3mm thick - light and very strong, dimensionally stable, can be used outdoors.
