Our current production capabilities:
- Océ Arizona UV flatbed max print area 2050x3050mm. Near photo quality direct print onto Foamcore, Forex, Corflute, Screenboard, Gator, Kapa, Re-board, polypropylene, HIPS, timber and many other substrates. Really just about anything that will fit on the bed up to 48mm thick. Océ Arizona printers are famous for their quality and wide colour gamut.
- Roll fed Epson eco solvent and HP latex printers max width 1600mm. Posters, banners, a wide variety of self adhesive vinyls, wallpaper, PhotoTex, bond paper, backlit film.
- Summa tangential cutting plotter max width 1600mm. Computer cut vinyl lettering and graphics.
- Cold lamination and mounting up to 1600mm wide.
- Zund cutting table 1800×3000+mm.
- Various tools for high speed digital finishing including drag and oscillating knives, creasing wheel, v-cut blade, kiss cut blades, router. Trims and creases paper/card. Custom packaging from corrugated card. Bollard signs. Standees. Exterior aluminium composite panel signs. Basically everything we produce gets finished on this machine quickly and super accurately.
