Matte Removable Promotional Vinyl
Matte Removable Vinyl is a short to medium term (up to 3 years) product which prints well with vibrant colours and is easy to apply dry without bubbles because of its air release adhesive. It sticks well until it’s time to be replaced when it comes off cleanly leaving no adhesive residue. This is one of our most popular vinyls.
Can this vinyl be used outdoors?
Yes it is used quite often for both in and outdoor promotional products.
How durable is this vinyl?
When printed with UV inks on our Colorado printer the prints are extremely durable and even resistant to harsh solvents so graffiti can be cleaned off without the need for lamination.
How well does it cover over existing prints?
The grey adhesive will ensure any underlying design won’t show through so it’s not necessary to remove prints first.
Is lamination necessary?
Not really but pricing with gloss or matte laminate is included as an option.

Knife/Profile Cutting Lines
Please use vector lines on separate Illustrator layer. Simplify overly complex (too many nodes) cut lines or additional charge may apply. Ensure cut paths have no fill, only a path and no duplicates.
Colour Matching
We have a colour managed system so most colours should reproduce close to expected. Please advise any critical Pantone colour matching requirements or supply a sample for matching. Colour matching and proofs will incur additional charges.
